My 3 year old son loves his sleeping bag. He was so excited to get the package in the mail! He slept in it the first night we got it in his room, and shortly after he had his first sleep over at his Nannies house and was all ready for it because he had his sleeping bag. He slept the whole night in his sleeping bag at her house! We are using it this week for a interstate trip and will be bringing the sleep mat instead of our portacot! I am looking forward to not having to lug around such a big bit of equipment. The Mat is great quality, easy to use and light weight!
Wouldn’t bother. We’ve been having issues with our clock not working properly so have been unable to use. We have tried multiple times to get in contact to organise a repair or replacement and we are being ignored. No reply, no acknowledgement, simply ghosting us. Reconsider purchasing anything from here as they won’t honour any warranties and simply ignore you.
Great communication re: out of stock once order was placed. It came after 2 weeks and it’s beautiful, just like all ergo pick products are. Snug, soft and great quality.
Paid for express shipping. Took a week to send. Didnt respond to any emails sent asking where the product was. Won’t be buying from that shop again.
