The warmest member of the Cocoon family, the 2.5 TOG Cocoon Swaddle Bag is a zip-up swaddle used from birth, TOG-rated for warmth so no blankets are needed in the bassinet or cot in rooms of 17-23°C (63-73°F). The chest area is 1.0 TOG rated to prevent overheating and allow full chest expansion when breathing. Arm poppers let you transition from an arms-in swaddle to arms-out sleeping bag once baby shows signs of rolling, so you get a swaddle and sleeping bag in one. Made from GOTS-certified organic cotton with elastane in the outer fabric and bamboo in the lining - firm enough to soothe the startle reflex while allowing stretch for healthy movement.

Once your baby is able to roll you should discontinue swaddling and allow their arms to be free.

Please use your child's weight to find the most appropriate and safe size. Do not size up until your child meets the weight requirement, for safety reasons.

All ergoPouch products are made from natural fibres and both your ergoCocoon and the environment will benefit from cool, gentle wash cycles. Every machine is different, so we advise avoiding tumble dryers as a hot dryer will shrink cotton and bamboo products. Cooler cycles are less likely to cause shrinkage in all natural fibres.
